Wavell Heights Market Surging Ahead

THIS Wavell Heights home sold off market for $970,000.

Richard & Wrench Clayfield business manager Gary Olsen said he had been working with the buyers for some time to find the ideal property.

“I knew the property would be coming to market and I suggested to the owners we had some potential buyers and we could save some hassles by negotiating prior to going to market,” Mr Olsen said.

“If it didn’t come to fruition we would have gone down the path of going to market, but it didn’t come to that.”

The buyers of 26 Deramore St were a family with two teenage children and were moving back to Brisbane after living in Toowoomba.

“They liked that it was a contemporary home that doesn’t need to be renovated,” Mr Olsen said.

The home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and multiple living areas.

Mr Olsen said the buyers were presently coming to market prepared to buy.

“Most properties are seeing strong numbers through open homes and buyers are ready to act,” he said.

“They’re not deliberating or taking their time.”
